At Chick-fil-A, the responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, observing and continuously implementing the proper quality assurance and food safety procedures. Chick-fil-A is an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds. We are looking for team members who are available on a variety of days, including Fridays or Saturdays. This location is operated by COR Restaurant Services, LLC ("COR Services" or the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, Inc. managed by interim managers.
Responsibilities
- Follow Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures.
- Serve in various kitchen roles while maintaining the established standards for food safety, quality, and service speed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
- Help leaders in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations.
- Model and support clear communications between the counter and kitchen staff.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work at a fast, yet efficient and thorough pace.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Honors and encourages others to follow the companys visions and values.
