• Respond to and resolve advanced help desk escalations and technical incidents using diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.
• Perform system maintenance activities including patching, operating system updates, health checks, and configuration validation.
• Analyze recurring system issues, create trend reporting, and recommend solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Develop and document procedures, SOPs, and maintenance processes for operational consistency.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize operational risk and downtime.
• Participate in cross-functional infrastructure and technology projects while providing technical leadership when needed.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members on systems, technologies, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and support operational excellence.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Job Automation Support (Automic)
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Operating System Support (Linux, Windows)
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Database Management System Support (Oracle, SQL)
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience reading and digesting technical information
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience communicating technical information within a team and to immediate manager
