Contribute your expertise in a full-time, hybrid role serving K-8 students across Midtown, Woodland Hills, and Glenville. This position focuses exclusively on case management, without lead teaching responsibilities, allowing you to dedicate your skills to supporting up to 100 IEPs per year.

What to Expect:

• Hybrid schedule: Work from home Mondays and Fridays; provide in-person support Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Serve one school per location within three dynamic neighborhoods
• Manage IEP case folders, oversee annual writing and updates, maintain full administrative responsibility
• Lead and facilitate IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize the Same Goal IEP platform for effective documentation and streamlined compliance

What You Bring:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist certification, either Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intense
• Practical experience with K-8 caseloads and a strong understanding of IEP processes
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Same Goal IEP system (required)
• Skilled in case management, compliance tracking, and communication with families and staff
• Ability to independently coordinate schedules and balance remote/in-person expectations
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.; not available to candidates needing sponsorship or possessing only an Emergency license
