Location: Onsite | Job Type: Full-time | $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonuses

Plus: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 Days!

Your Role: The Commanding Force of the Entire Branch

As a Branch Manager, you’re not just steering the ship - you’re setting the tone, the culture, and the pace.
You’re the spark, the strategist, the motivator, the coach.

You’ll lead a team that looks to you for direction, support, and inspiration. You’ll drive performance, elevate service quality, and create an environment where people love to show up and win.

And now, you’ll also be a key leader in standing up and supporting our new Ft. Myers expansion , helping us launch and scale one of our most anticipated markets.

• Maximize routing, scheduling, and productivity like a pro
• Command fleet, inventory, and equipment with precision

• Support and contribute to launching our new Ft. Myers market, helping build it from the ground up

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Must have Certified Operator (CO) license in: General Household Pest (GHP) and Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for developing people
• A clean driving record (must be 21+)
• Ability to pass required background, MVR and Drug Screen
• Ability to earn & maintain pest control licenses (DCA)
• Tech-savvy, metrics-minded, operationally sharp
