Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and assess a range of mental health disorders, working closely with clients to understand their unique experiences and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, providing necessary counseling and adjusting treatment strategies as required to ensure effective progress.

• Maintain ongoing assessments of client progress and adapt treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Lead session facilitation with a focus on evidence-based practices, while also offering referrals to specialists when additional support is necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. As an LMFT, your expertise will enable you to effectively address family dynamics and interpersonal relationships, allowing for multifaceted treatment outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
