Experienced Carpenters WantedGypsum Systems is located in Elma NY specializing in all areas of commercial construction, including interior and exterior framing, drywall, ceiling work, doors, millwork, and all related trims. We are searching for Experienced Carpenters to join our team! We are looking to fill positions from Journeyman to Foreman.We are looking for experience in one or more of the following:Reviewing architectural plans and finish schedule for details related to the installationsAble to lead a jobsite crew.Installing Millwork and trims or moldings making clean and precise anglesInstalling Doors, frames, and related hardwareInstalling Laminate and solid surface countertopsMaintaining a clean and safe work environment at job sitesOther duties as requiredJob requirements include:Must be a minimum of 18 years of ageAble to work weekdays from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Hours Subject to change)Reliable transportation to get to job sites throughout WNYPositive attitude, ability to follow instructions from supervisorsAbility to lift 50 lbsAdditional attributes that would lead to greater success in this role:Strong work ethic, team oriented mindsetAttention to detail/qualitySelf starter and productivity drivenLeadership capabilitiesWorks well with othersGood communication skillsGood organizational and time management skillsCompensation and benefit package includes:401k with employer contributionPTO(6) paid holidaysMedical InsurancePay will be commensurate with qualifications, skill level, and productivity levelPossible negotiated signing bonus
