Corporate Recruiter
The ODA Group
Our client, an international financial services institution with an office in downtown Dallas, is looking for a Corporate Recruiter. This critical position will have the primary responsibility of recruiting for the company’s fund administration business which typically includes finance and accounting professionals. The individual will own the entire recruiting life cycle, from sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations to onboarding new employees. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening and qualifying exceptional candidates according to specifications provided by the business. The individual will also participate in the full HR suite of responsibilities and serve as a backup to other staff when needed.
