Senior Corporate Recruiter

Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding. Recruit for corporate, leadership, Marketing, and Creative positions across multiple business functions. Manage 8-15 active requisitions while meeting hiring goals and timelines. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit. Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Deliver a positive candidate experience while maintaining consistent communication. Maintain accurate recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness. Support recruiting initiatives, talent acquisition projects, and continuous process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting corporate, professional, leadership, Marketing, and Creative positions. Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Experience negotiating employment offers. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics. Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
