TITLE
Registered Nurse - Critical Care

SCHEDULE
Shift: 3x12 nights

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Patient ratio: 1:2
Beds/rooms: 10
Daily census: ~8

REQUIREMENTS
- License: State or Compact license required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Years of experience: 2 years preferred
- EMR: Epic

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create patient care plans.
- Perform procedures and interventions within the scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Pre-approved time off: 1
- Travelers residing in certain counties are not contractable.
- Onboarding: Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
