Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather pertinent information about clients’ situations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each case.

• Guide clients in accessing the necessary services, both in-person (when applicable) and via phone consultations, fostering their engagement in beneficial activities.

• Document assessments and case progress meticulously, preparing detailed reports that aid in the overall treatment strategy.

• Establish a network of contacts, making referrals to other agencies and community services to optimize client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in social work and crisis management.

• Observe and document any signs of child abuse or domestic violence, reporting as necessary in adherence to legal requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
