Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time (36 hours per week) | Rotating Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and provide nursing care to patients and families during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
• Respond to and manage emergency obstetric situations as they arise
• Circulate for Cesarean Section (C-Section) procedures
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary personnel within their scope of practice
• Operate within an LDRP care model, requiring flexibility across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum settings
• Transition between Day Shift (0700–1930) and Night Shift (1900–0730) during an internal transition period, with permanent placement on Night Shift

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience working within an LDRP model
• Familiarity with CNA-represented work environments
