Senior Manager- Strategic Pricing

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Manager of Strategic Pricing to develop and execute pricing strategies across its Medication Management Solutions portfolio. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth, establish pricing governance, and build a multi-year strategic roadmap that strengthens competitive positioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pricing strategies across products, solutions, and strategic customer segments
- Lead the creation and implementation of a 3-5 year strategic pricing roadmap aligned with growth ambitions and market evolution
- Partner with Sales and commercial leaders on pricing for large, complex IDN and GPO opportunities
- Establish and oversee pricing governance, approval thresholds, and exception management processes
- Analyze pricing performance and commercial data to identify opportunities and drive margin expansion
Requirements
- 7+ years in strategic pricing, sales operations, commercial operations, or related commercial roles
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance; MBA preferred
- Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare market, IDNs, GPOs, and complex enterprise sales
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex opportunities and translate data into commercial recommendations
- Strong financial acumen with experience building pricing models and business cases
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to influence decisions across multiple functions and leadership levels
