Now Hiring - Sales Support Specialist/ BDC Administrator

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 Hourly + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is located onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

• Develop, process, and manage lead follow-up
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Track all customer inquiries as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership
• Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, dealership and manufacturer events, and assist with promotions.
• Help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trusted experiences for our customers through phone and internet conversations.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer leads for service and parts departments.

What You'll Bring

• 1+year of prior sales experience, dealership or scheduling experience is ideal.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected sales goals.
• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs.
• Outstanding customer service to help us Earn Customers for Life and instill a positive first impression of Honolulu Ford.

Total Rewards

The hourly earning range for this position is $17.50-$25.00 per hour with bonuses being based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
