Work Environment

The work setting at Flex Well Recovery is designed to foster collaboration and communication amongst our team of skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, developing tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administering skilled and compassionate therapy services to our geriatric clientele, utilizing various modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Monitoring patient progress through regular documentation and assessments, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a thorough and coordinated approach to patient care.
• Providing education to patients and their families, including guidance on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention techniques.
• Implementing proactive fall prevention programs and safety measures to minimize the risk of accidents, particularly in assisted living settings.
• Staying updated on the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy and participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Upholding ethical and professional standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
