This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from home while remaining an integral part of our collaborative team. You will engage in a supportive and flexible work environment that emphasizes work-life balance, with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support client growth and healing.

• Assess client histories and current mental health struggles to design personalized and effective treatment plans specific to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and enhance therapeutic programs.

• Engage in credentialing processes to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Document patient progress accurately in approved electronic health record systems, ensuring continuity of care.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes based on client feedback and progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing your insights and experiences to enhance overall service delivery.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support the overall mission of Total Safety Counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and groups, focusing particularly on children and families with developmental differences. Understanding the unique challenges faced by these populations allows you to tailor your therapeutic approaches effectively, promoting resilience and well-being. Your expertise will play a crucial role in addressing mental health issues relevant to clients of all ages, ensuring they receive appropriate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license issued by the state of California.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly working with children and families experiencing developmental challenges.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, notably cognitive-behavioral therapy and social-constructionist techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, and paid time off, providing you with 2 to 3 weeks of paid vacation annually.
