Director, Major Gifts & Donor Strategy (Remote)

Equality Now

Equality Now is seeking a Director of Major Gifts to lead the Individual & Major Giving portfolio, including high-touch donor strategies, gala sponsorships, and donor engagement initiatives worldwide. The role partners with the CEO and CDO to translate development strategy into actionable plans, nurture relationships, and drive sustainable revenue. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of high-value donors, supervise staff, and build systems for moves management, donor qualification, #J-18808-Ljbffr
