Crate Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
- Build and assemble wooden crates according to specifications and measurements
- Measure, cut, and position wood and other packaging materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and staple guns
- Load, secure, and prepare products for shipment. Inspect crates and packaging to ensure they are properly constructed and secure.
Crate Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is preferred
- Ability to read and follow basic measurements, instructions, and diagrams
- Comfortable using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
