Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns through thorough interviews, questionnaires, and psychological evaluations to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating evidence-based modalities to support clients in achieving their personal goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, including emergency support and immediate safety planning.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records that encompass treatment plans, session notes, and progress tracking in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Work cooperatively within an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support and well-being for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment strategies, and community resources, fostering empowerment and advocacy for clients' rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities to stay informed on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington state.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
