This remote role provides the flexibility to connect with clients through telehealth services while contributing to our outpatient office's mission. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in meaningful work that makes a direct impact on the lives of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals and families facing a diverse array of challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as conducting individual sessions to address personal issues within the family context.

• Specializing in cases involving alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and other interpersonal issues, providing compassionate and informed support.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that align with clients' needs, integrating both in-person and telehealth methodologies.

• Tracking client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure goals are met effectively.

• Engaging with clients to foster open communication, helping to resolve conflicts among family members and improve overall familial dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a wide range of demographic groups, including adults as well as children and adolescents. You will work with families facing challenges such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce, and job-related stress. Your role will provide vital support to those who might be struggling with emotional and psychological burdens, ensuring everyone has a chance to thrive.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Massachusetts.

While a minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience is required, we welcome both newly licensed professionals and those with extensive backgrounds in therapy. Flexibility in scheduling along with a commitment to working 30 hours or more per week is highly desired.
