Dining Support Manager

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Regional Dining Support Manager to provide leadership and operational support to dining locations throughout an assigned region. This position works closely with Dining Managers and their teams to support daily operations, staffing, training, food quality, customer service, and overall location performance. The Regional Dining Support Manager will travel between locations and step in where additional leadership or operational support is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational support to dining locations throughout the assigned region.
• Support, train, and coach Dining Managers and dining team members.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, inventory, food production, and daily workflow.
• Step in as acting manager when a location needs additional leadership coverage.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Ensure locations maintain strong customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with food preparation, service, POS operations, and other daily responsibilities when needed.
• Help identify and resolve operational or staffing challenges.
• Support new account openings, special events, and other regional dining initiatives.
• Work with regional leadership to maintain consistent operational standards across dining locations.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years of food service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of food service management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide support across multiple dining locations.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
