Food Runner / Breakfast Attendant

Join the Food & Beverage team at Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach ! We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Food Runner / Breakfast Attendant to help create exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you'll support breakfast service, deliver food orders, maintain buffet presentation, and assist across our food and beverage outlets to ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Maintain the breakfast buffet by replenishing food, beverages, coffee, utensils, and serving items.
• Ensure the buffet remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
• Clear, clean, and reset dining tables to maintain an inviting atmosphere.
• Assist guests with beverage service and answer general dining questions.
• Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Keep service stations, dining areas, and support areas clean and organized.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills required; Spanish is preferred.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to carry trays, food, beverages, and supplies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
