Description We’re looking for a People (HR) Coordinator to join our team and grow into a key contributor across all areas of HR. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, curious, and eager to learn. You will play a hands‑on role supporting day‑to‑day HR operations while gaining exposure to recruiting, employee experience, compliance, and people analytics. Key Responsibilities Be a proactive point‑of‑contact for new and current team members during key points of the employment lifecycle – i.e. recruiting, onboarding, development, feedback surveys, and offboarding. Coordinate onboarding, offer administration, and new hire setup. Work closely with People team to provide a world‑class team member experience while cross‑training to acquire new skills. Maintain data integrity of the HRIS (Paylocity) and electronic files to ensure compliance and clean reporting of people metrics. Respond to verbal and written verification of employment requests. Respond to Unemployment claims and submit forms. Primary support to monitor and elevate inquiries sent to the HR Inbox. Pull and organize HR data and identify basic trends or inconsistencies; elevate insights to People leadership. Effectively partner with key departments including Learning & Development, Marketing, and IT. Special projects in areas such as benefits, hiring, training, and compliance. Promote strong company culture and positive morale. Promote and participate in company events, including but not limited to office events, team builds, and new hire training. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, or a fast‑paced administrative role, or a high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant HR experience Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple priorities Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly Discretion when handling sensitive information Strong written and verbal communication EEO Statement We’re an equal opportunity employer.
