Chief Executive Officer (CEO) About the Company Rapidly growing global recycling business with multi-state, multi-country operations. Industry Environmental Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its global recycling materials business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the business, with a strong focus on logistics, inventory management, and environmental/health & safety compliance. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic plan execution, particularly in high-volume, high-velocity industries. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to set long-term goals, drive profitable growth, and ensure the company's financial health and sustainability. A background in recycling, waste operations, or environmental sectors is preferred, and experience in multi-state, multi-location operations is essential. The ideal CEO will have 10-15+ years' of executive leadership experience, with a background in P&L management, capital allocation, and long-term business planning. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, financial stewardship, and enterprise value creation, as well as driving commercial development, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisition opportunities. The role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, strong financial and operational acumen, and a deep understanding of inventory management, safety, compliance, and risk management. The candidate should be a results-oriented, collaborative, and transparent leader, with a commitment to building high-performing teams and advancing the company's sustainability and ESG agenda.
