Part-time Desk Clerk - Apartments at Landing Road

Duties/Responsibilities Monitor building entrance, make rounds to insure security of premises and answer phones. Document observations in logbook. Respond to emergencies. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned. Hours Full-time 37.5 hours per week Saturday-Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am Qualifications HS diploma/GED required. Good reading, writing and verbal skills. Basic computer literacy required. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR. Vaccination preferred but not required
