Billing Specialist – Contract Salary: USD35 - USD45 per hour | Compensation: Up to $45/hr | Start Date: ASAP A growing law firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to support a newly restructured finance team and help clear a significant billing backlog. This is a fully remote contract opportunity ideal for experienced legal billing professionals who can hit the ground running. Qualifications Strong legal billing experience required Hands‑on experience with both Aderant and BillBlast required Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Billing compliance experience is a significant plus Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process attorney billing accurately and efficiently Manage high‑volume billing workflows and meet established deadlines Work directly within Aderant and BillBlast to generate, edit, and finalize invoices Ensure billing compliance requirements are met and identify potential issues proactively Support the Billing Director in reducing outstanding billing backlog and improving workflow efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
