Accounting Specialist for AI Research Project

Join a dynamic research project as an Accounting Specialist, where your expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition will play a crucial role in supporting a leading frontier AI lab. • Create, review, and evaluate high-quality accounting scenarios.
• Analyze complex accounting scenarios involving customer contracts and performance obligations.
• Apply accounting standards and technical judgment in real-world business contexts.
• Identify technical accounting issues and clearly explain revenue recognition conclusions.

• Hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Strong background in revenue recognition, technical accounting, audit, accounting advisory, and financial reporting.
• Experience interpreting accounting guidance and reviewing financial statements.
• Familiarity with contract review, revenue policy assessment, and identifying performance obligations.
• Experience at a leading accounting, audit, or advisory firm such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BDO, Grant Thornton, Forvis Mazars, RSM, Crowe, or Evelyn Partners.

• Remote position based in the United Kingdom.
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week.

• Hourly rate of £190 - £210.

• Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
