What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and monitor high-acuity newborns requiring intensive treatment
• Support care in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support continuity of care from admission to discharge
• Participate in structured scheduling, including shifts lasting 16 or 24 hours
• Contribute to high-quality, family-centered neonatal care within a community-focused hospital

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal or NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
