Trading Services Associate

Tradable Indices are algorithmic strategies that track the performance of a rules‑based strategy investing in public, listed financial instruments across one or many asset classes. These strategies are offered to our clients via swaps, options, structured products and funds. Our Nexus Structuring Team provides a scalable, end‑to‑end solution that allows clients to manage their own strategies while leveraging the firm’s trading and operational expertise. As a Structuring Middle Office Associate on the Nexus Structuring Team, you will support the Front Office team and be responsible for index set‑up, monitoring price publication, investigating and fixing missing prices, completing reconciliation checks, and ensuring SLAs are met. Job Responsibilities New index set‑up and amendments completed accurately as requested by stakeholders. Ensure publication of levels on vendor applications is accurate. Perform multiple reconciliations to confirm all levels in the system are correct. Action all queries received in the mailbox accurately and timely. Interact regularly with management and stakeholders. Adhere to and enhance all controls to maintain robustness. Explore feasibility of automating manual activities. Complete Checklist and MIS on time. Update and review SOPs promptly. Build an in‑depth understanding of all systems from an operational perspective. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Knowledge of financial products such as equities, fixed income, FX, collateral, derivatives, money market, and cash products. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive identification of risks and escalation of issues. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a changing work environment. Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities Prior knowledge of middle office and/or pricing processes. Self‑starter who works in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment and excels in multitasking and prioritization. Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, and Xceptor.
