Receptionist - Greenwich

A small, family-run real estate firm is seeking a Receptionist / Executive Assistant to serve as the warm and professional first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quiet, close-knit office environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Schedule: 5 days onsite/ Greenwich, Connecticut

• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Compensation:

• up to $85k base

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
• Answer incoming phone calls, route calls to the appropriate team members, and take accurate messages
• Respond to general inquiries about the firm and direct questions to the appropriate individuals
• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls
• Coordinate calendars and assist with scheduling across multiple team members as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Coordinate light office maintenance and service requests, including communicating with vendors and service technicians
• Ensure common areas are clean, tidy, and well stocked, including the coffee station, printer area, and conference/meeting rooms
• Assist with tracking project-related costs and expenses
• Utilize QuickBooks to assist with tracking and organizing costs associated with projects
• Provide general administrative and executive support as needed
• Help ensure the office operates smoothly and professionally on a day-to-day basis
