About this role This role will be responsible for responding the customer inquiries, solving complex technical issues. This will be done through email, as well as answering phone calls from the queue. The representative will be responsible for documenting their findings in salesforce cases. What You’ll Do: Solving application issues for customers Making changes to the application based on customer needs Documenting what you did and how you solved the issue Respond to customer inquiries within established KPI's Travel Requirement: Less than 5% Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice,in accordance withapplicable laws. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: This role is an office-based environment: Ability to commute to our Milwaukee office,Monday through Friday.
