Project ManagerManage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Prepare accurate estimates, bids, proposals, and project budgets. Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project requirements. Oversee multiple electrical crews working on multimillion-dollar projects. Coordinate field operations, manpower, subcontractors, and project resources. Develop workflows, installation sequences, and project schedules. Monitor project progress, labor costs, material usage, deadlines, and quality. Manage material procurement, requisitions, deliveries, and jobsite needs. Communicate with clients, general contractors, vendors, field leadership, and project stakeholders. Identify and resolve scheduling, material, budget, and workflow issues. Review change orders and modifications to the original project scope. Ensure work complies with project specifications, electrical codes, and quality standards. Enforce safety regulations and promote a strong workplace safety culture. Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.At least five years of experience managing or supervising multimillion-dollar commercial electrical construction projects. Strong commercial electrical construction knowledge and field experience. Proven experience estimating and bidding commercial electrical projects. Experience managing multiple crews, schedules, budgets, and material requirements. Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and construction documents. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated history of successful project execution. Excellent organization and attention to detail, costs, and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve project challenges. Master Electrician certification preferred.
