Initio Sphere — Private Capital Ecosystem

Compensation:
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent . We connect fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality deal flow, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across private markets.

Our platform is designed for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility —not job boards, not spreadsheets, and not unpaid sourcing.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Pipeline Analysts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.

This is not an employment role . Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process .

Once approved, Investment Pipeline Analysts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary deals

• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals .

Approved Investment Pipeline Analysts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context : asset, structure, economics, and thesis

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts for modeling and financial review

Note: Analysts are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.

Based on approval, Investment Pipeline Analysts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience and sourcing credibility .

• Earnings are success-based only

• Typical earnings range: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal

• Payments issued upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Compensation varies by deal size, structure, and Analyst role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

1. Submit an Investment Pipeline Analyst application with background details

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified deals to the network

There is no cold applying to funds or blind pitching. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels .

Investment Pipeline Analysts do not :

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.

• Operators with visibility into real transactions

• Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow

• Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs

• Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early

• Monetize deal flow without building a fund

• Earn on transactions without underwriting risk

• Work directly with credible capital allocators

• Build long-term signal, trust, and deal history

• One ecosystem for sourcing, credibility, and upside
