Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or actual problems.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including clinical and progress notes, in compliance with state regulations and department policies.
\n
• Respond to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and overall well-being.
\n
• Regularly assess and track clients’ progress toward their treatment goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Consult with family members and other support systems regarding client treatment strategies and discharge planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
