As a Human Resources Director, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring employees feel heard, well‑cared for, and appreciated. Plan, organize, and oversee all facets of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable treatment of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Serve as a valuable resource to department managers and other employees, acting as the liaison between Home Office HR and hospital management. Coordinate staff education programs, oversee workers’ compensation program, and assist with benefits administration. Direct hospital recruitment and retention program to ensure availability of appropriate staffing resources, serving as a resource to department managers and other employees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field is required. Work experience may substitute for a four‑year degree on a year‑for‑year basis. A minimum of 3–5 years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably in healthcare.
