Customer Service Associate

To maintain the highest level of customer service through personal contact with a predetermined list of customers. A CSR must have excellent communication skills to interact with their customers, our Field Sales Representatives and Product Management. They must have the ability to fulfill a customer’s needs with respect to quotations, order entry, and order statuses. Job Description Build positive relationship with all major customers Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role.
