# Customer Service RepColumbus, GA 31901; Columbus, GA 31907; Columbus, GA 31904; Columbus, GA 31909## Customer Service Rep* Greet customers promptly and professionally at the counter* Receive garments for cleaning, inspect items, and note special instructions or stains* Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system* Tag and track garments to ensure proper identification* Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions* Release finished garments to customers upon pickup* Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times* Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management as needed* Maintain a clean, organized front counter and lobby area**JOB DESCRIPTION**handle calls from customers and prospective customers about services provided by Wade Cleaners. Job will involve communicating with both customers over phone and in person and internally to resolve issues.
