Job Title TEMP-Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster (Full‑time, Remote) Summary This position partners with the Claims Operations Department and individual Adjusters to correct any EDI or CMS Section 111 errors from the Adjuster’s caseload. This role does not receive its own caseload and focuses exclusively on error clearance. The assignment is remote, full time, and will last until 9 October 2026. Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with Claims Operations and Adjusters to identify EDI or CMS Section 111 errors. Research and obtain missing or misaligned information, sometimes communicating with claimants or insured parties. Enter or correct data in the company’s claims system or state reporting sites. Qualifications / Experience Required At least 2 years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience or EDI/Medicare reporting analysis. Tenacity in obtaining missing information. Exceptional attention to detail. Accurate data entry skills. Strong focus on execution and finding success through adversity. Intrinsic motivation and a sense of accountability. Resourceful and flexible independently. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges vary by geographic area. Colorado outside Denver metro, Delaware, Illinois (outside Chicago metro), Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts (outside Boston metro), Minnesota, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia: $37.66 - $44.33. Boston metro area, California outside Los Angeles & San Francisco metro, Connecticut, Chicago metro area, Denver metro area, New Jersey (outside New York City metro), New York State (outside NYC), Washington, DC metro area, Washington State: $41.44 - $48.79.
