Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve clients' mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with low-acuity adult clients who have been rigorously screened to ensure they are stable and suitable candidates for teletherapy. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Note that provisional licenses or any form of disciplinary actions are not accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who bring at least two years of experience in clinical settings, demonstrating a record of effectively aiding clients through various mental health challenges. Experience in a telehealth environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 yearly, depending on hours worked and practice level. In addition to a generous salary, you will benefit from:
