Customer Service and Support Representative
Requirements:
- Successful background interacting with customers on behalf of an organization.
- ·Ability to clearly communicate information about products, effectively respond to phone and email inquiries with courtesy, build trust and customer loyalty.
- Respond to product orders, process purchase orders quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Take sales orders and inquiries, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.
- Must be able to interact with customers on behalf of an organization, provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues, process returns and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate pickup activities with freight forwarding companies.
- Efficiently process large pallet orders for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Process bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping documents for inbound/outbound shipments.
- Troubleshoot solutions for inbound/outbound freight issues when needed.
Qualifications:
· Operations and customer service experience in a consumer product company.
· 2-3 years of experience supporting product sales and delivering strong customer support.
· Familiarity with Quickbooks software.
· Must pass a background and reference check.
