You'll help ensure a seamless customer experience by handling service inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate records. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy supporting both customers and sales teams, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Assist clients with service requests and provide timely follow-ups Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client communications Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer information Track pending requests and ensure timely resolution Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with daily operations What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, client servicing, or account coordination Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or using HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive is a plus Tools You'll Use CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive Productivity: Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Communication: Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams Work-From-Home Requirements Laptop/PC: Intel i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM Internet: Stable 100 Mbps connection Backup: Secondary internet connection, device, and power source Schedule Work Schedule: To be confirmed by the client Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week Shift: Must be flexible to work U.S. business hours based on operational needs Why Join SmartScale360?
