Join a passionate team committed to exceptional neonatal care, with start dates beginning August 5, 2026.Location: Marquette, MI (850 West Baraga Avenue)Start Date: 08/05/2026Shift: 6am-6pm in the facility, on-call 6pm-6am, 24 hours/dayDuration: Ongoing, approximately 10-14 days/monthHours/Week: Based on shift scheduleEmployment Type: Temporary/ContractLicenses/Certifications: NRP certification required; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology preferredExperience: Prior NICU experience preferredPay & BenefitsHourly Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application)Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, travel and other reimbursements, robust referral bonus program, 24/7 support teamWhat You'll DoProvide neonatology care in a Level III NICU environmentManage acute cases such as Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Pulmonary Hypertension, and SepsisSupport stabilization and transport of surgical and high-risk infantsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including RNs, RTs, pediatric specialists, and external consultantsPerform procedures including intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertion, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusionsUtilize advanced equipment such as ventilators, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) devicesAssist with neonatal stabilization and ongoing patient managementWhat You NeedValid NRP certificationExperience with neonatal procedures (intubation, chest tubes, lines) preferredStrong clinical skills in critical neonatal careAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced settingAbout the Assignment Join a highly experienced team at a trusted NICU that has served the Marquette community since the 1970s.
