Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will interact primarily with clients suffering from various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. The diversity of our client base necessitates a therapist skilled in cultural competence and ready to engage with individuals from different backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities.

• Proven crisis intervention skills and adept at managing challenging client situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
