Dental Front Office Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Team Member to join our private practice!

Previous dental front desk experience is mandatory. We are looking for someone who can step into the position with a strong understanding of dental scheduling, patient communication, insurance, and the day-to-day responsibilities of a dental front office.

• Experienced in a dental front office
• Must have at least 3 years of Dental Front Desk experience 
• Friendly, outgoing, and personable
• Professional and confident communicating with patients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and dependable
• A strong team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dental environment
• Committed to providing an excellent patient experience
• Able to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and assisting patients
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Treatment coordination
• Understanding dental insurance
• Collecting payments
• Communicating with patients regarding appointments and treatment
• Working closely with doctors and the clinical team
• Maintaining an efficient and productive schedule
