Sales Account Manager – Not Your Average Sales Position

Looking for a sales job that actually has personality? TLS is hiring fun, competitive, outgoing

What You’ll Do:
• Chase down new business and close deals
• Build your own customer portfolio
• Call carriers daily, negotiate rates, and keep freight moving
• Grow revenue inside existing accounts
• Work with a team that hypes each other up

What You Need:
• A big personality and a bigger work ethic
• Confidence on the phone (Not afraid to make meaningful outbound calls daily)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Quick thinking and problem-solving
• Team-first mindset

About TLS
We’re a Birmingham-based logistics company moving freight since 2003. Fast-paced,
team-driven, and big on celebrating wins.

Pay: $35,000 base plus uncapped commission. Typical first year earning is $50,000-$65,000 with increased earnings each year.
