What Youll Do:
Chase down new business and close deals
Build your own customer portfolio
Call carriers daily, negotiate rates, and keep freight moving
Grow revenue inside existing accounts
Work with a team that hypes each other up

What You Need:
A big personality and a bigger work ethic
Confidence on the phone (Not afraid to make meaningful outbound calls daily)
Strong negotiation skills
Quick thinking and problem-solving
Team-first mindset
