Role Description The Account Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for supporting day-to-day account management activities for national and regional clients. This position coordinates service requests, schedules work orders, and communicates with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. The Account Coordinator monitors job status, tracks performance metrics, and assists with resolving service issues or escalations. The role also includes maintaining accurate account records, preparing reports, and supporting invoicing and documentation processes. Consistent, professional communication and attention to detail are essential to maintaining strong client relationships and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build and maintain positive client and vendor relationships. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage daily correspondence and coordinate across teams. Account management experience and organizational skills to oversee multiple client accounts and service requests. Analytical skills to interpret service data, identify trends, and support problem-solving and process improvements. Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or service management systems) and accurate data entry. Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines. Previous experience in facilities, landscaping, or service coordination is beneficial.
