Leasing Administrator

This role supports day-to-day business operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, managing account-related activities, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring information is accurate, timely, and properly documented. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Documentation Management Maintain and organize contracts, agreements, amendments, and supporting documentation. Track important dates, deadlines, renewals, and compliance-related requirements. Ensure records and system data remain current, complete, and accurate. Prepare reports, summaries, correspondence, and other business documentation as needed. Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational processes and business objectives. Respond to inquiries from internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner. Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders. Handle sensitive business, financial, and client information with a high level of confidentiality. Account Management & Collections Support Monitor customer accounts and payment activity to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up. Communicate with customers regarding account balances, payment arrangements, and account inquiries. Document communications, account activity, payment commitments, and resolutions. Assist customers with electronic payment setup and account management processes. Prepare account aging reports, status summaries, and management reporting. Escalate unresolved account issues or exceptions in accordance with company procedures. Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies and best practices when handling account-related matters. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in operations, administration, account management, contract administration, collections, or a related business support function. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Experience working with ERP, property management, lease administration, or similar business systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
