Seeking for a Junior Product Manager to support the discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products that enhance customer experience, modernize operations, and increase service efficiency. You will work closely with customers, frontline staff, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to identify problems, validate solutions, prioritize work, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital products and service initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Translate business needs and customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
• Coordinate across vendors and internal teams to ensure progress towards goals.
• Drive iterative delivery of working software and services with vendors.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product prioritization activities.
• Monitor product performance and operational outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Champion user-centered, outcome-driven delivery practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• 3 years of professional and effective communication skills with stakeholders.
• 3 years of prioritization and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 years of leadership and team collaboration.
• 2 years of experience with digital product development or technology modernization.
• 2 years of experience in software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum).
• 2 years of experience translating business needs into user stories or product backlogs.
• 3 years of critical thinking and consulting experience.
