Job Details

Mid-sized law firm seeking a high-performing bankruptcy and restructuring associate for the well established Los Angeles Office

• 2–4 years of experience handling in-court and out of court restructurings in a law firm setting required
• Debtor (in and out of court) and creditors’ committee representation experience strongly preferred
• Strong academic credentials and sophisticated legal writing skills essential
• Excellent research, communication, and analytical abilities required
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to manage demanding caseloads
• Active admission to the California Bar required
