Senior Litigation Attorney

The firm provides full-service legal counsel to condominiums, townhomes, and planned developments statewide, with deep expertise spanning real estate litigation, construction defect matters, creditor-side bankruptcy, corporate governance, and Davis-Stirling Act compliance. What You'll Do Independently manage full-cycle litigation: complaints, motions, discovery, and court appearances Represent community association clients in real estate litigation, construction defect matters, and related disputes Handle creditor-side bankruptcy and judgment collection matters Apply working knowledge of corporate governance and CC&R/community association law issues Take cases to trial when necessary — this is not a purely pre-trial role Collaborate with senior attorneys while working largely independently day-to-day What We're Looking For 7–15 years of civil litigation experience, ideally including HOA, real estate, or construction defect litigation Demonstrated full-cycle litigation experience handled independently, not just supporting more senior counsel Some trial experience required JD and active California Bar membership in good standing Excellent legal writing skills — a writing sample will be required as part of the process Self-directed and coachable — someone who takes feedback well and applies it without needing repeated correction Based in Southern California (LA area strongly preferred) and able to work Pacific hours Able to meet a 1,800 annual billable hour requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
